Height, weight, age and the other values you enter are processed only in your browser. The site does not send them to us or to anyone else and does not store them. Values passed in a link's fragment (#h=…) can remain in your browser history.
Cookies, tracking and theme storage
We set no cookies and use no analytics, tracking, external fonts or external scripts. Only after you click the switch is the theme choice saved in localStorage under bmiatlas-theme. This is strictly necessary for a function you requested. Legal bases are Art. 225 ZEKom-2 (SI), § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG (DE) and § 165 (3) TKG 2021 (AT). Clear site data to delete this setting.
Hosting
Cloudflare, Inc. is our processor under the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum. It processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure, reliable delivery. Retention is determined by Cloudflare's logging. We do not keep our own server logs. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and the Standard Contractual Clauses. See Cloudflare GDPR information.
Messages to the contact address are used only to answer them and deleted when no longer needed for that purpose or legal retention. Our email provider processes messages for delivery.
Your rights
Under GDPR Articles 15 to 21, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection within their legal scope. You can complain to the Informacijski pooblaščenec RS. Visitors from Germany and Austria may also contact their local authority.
